Hey
Ballot measures don't get on the November ballot with an online form.
In California, qualifying a measure means collecting a huge number of valid signatures from registered voters, on paper, so election officials can verify them. That's why campaigns hold in-person signature-gathering events—showing up in person is part of how we get public transit on the agenda.
Thank you for taking the time to make a difference. Change doesn't happen in a vacuum. I built this website to raise awareness on the current public transit situation in the Bay Area. I use public transit every day to get around, and having to plan your entire day around when your bus is coming changes how this city breathes. It takes away the agency this city claims to provide.
As one of the richest cities in the world, there is absolutely no excuse for providing a system that isn't on par with what already exists. Defunding public transport, in a time when the price of oil and gas are at an all-time high, would be the most reckless thing to do.
I believe in public transport for all, and accessibility as a means for autonomy. Every great city in the world deserves services that allow their population the dignity to move, work, and live freely.

If you want to help, here are a few things that make a real difference:
- Share this site with your friends, family, and coworkers. A simple text or post goes a long way.
- Volunteer at a signature-gathering event near you. Check the home page to find the closest one.
- Talk about it. Bring it up at dinner, at work, on social media. The more people know, the better the odds.
